Obtaining a SG arrival card does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The final decision on admission to the country always rests with the Singapore immigration officer at the checkpoint. All the information you provide must be truthful and accurate. Please note that the arrival card is not a visa.

The SG Arrival Card is the electronic version of the paper disembarkation/embarkation (DE) card (or commonly known as the white card) that foreign visitors are required to submit upon arrival in Singapore for immigration clearance.
All travellers are required to submit their SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore. This does not apply to those who are transiting or transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; or Residents (Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term Pass holders*) entering via Land Checkpoints.
The “Group Submission” is meant for a group of persons who are travelling to Singapore together for one trip.
Your health declaration should be submitted together with the SG Arrival Card
You can submit the SG Arrival Card with electronic health declaration within three (3) days (including the day of your arrival) before your arrival in Singapore, to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance. For example, if you are arriving in Singapore on 30 Jun 2023, you can submit your declaration from 28 Jun 2023 onwards.
You should resubmit your SG Arrival Card with a health declaration if there is any change in your travel plans or health status. It is an offence to submit a false declaration. Those who make false declarations may be prosecuted under the Infectious Diseases Ac
