The Personalized Employment Pass (PEP) is a personalized work visa for Employment Pass holders and overseas foreign professionals with a salary of at least 22 500 SGD (~16 800 USD) per month. It is not tied to an employer and offers greater flexibility than an Employment Pass

Key features of the Personalized Employment Pass (PEP)
PEP gives the right to live and work in Singapore for up to 3 years.
Availability of passes for eligible family members (Dependant Pass/LTVP).

You do not need to reapply for a pass if you change jobs**.
You can stay in Singapore for a continuous period of up to 6 months without a job to search for new employment.
However, the PEP does not exempt you from complying with registration requirements to practise in Singapore for professions such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, architecture, law, etc.

The candidate must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply for a Personalized Employment Pass:
For professionals already working in Singapore on Employment Pass - a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 22,500 per month.
For foreign professionals working outside of Singapore, a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 22,500 per month for at least 6 months at the time of application.
Good business reputation (no criminal cases and convictions, no bankruptcy records and "black marks" in international information databases).
Recognized expertise in an applicant's field of specialization - awards, interviews, and publications in relevant media - are not required, but greatly increase the chances of obtaining a work visa.
Each application is reviewed by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore on an individual basis, based on a wide range of factors, such as the candidate's salary, work experience, business reputation, recognized industry expertise, and the ratings of the educational institutions the candidate graduated from.
Issuance of an Employment Pass in Singapore may take from 3 weeks to a couple of months due to MOM timelines.

Each application is reviewed individually by the Ministry of Manpower Singapore based on a wide range of factors, such as the financial condition of the employer's company, the candidate's salary, work experience, business reputation, recognized industry expertise and the ratings of the educational institutions the candidate has graduated from.
The issuance of a Personalized Employment Pass in Singapore can take anywhere from three weeks to several months.

The Dependant's Pass (DP) is a primary long-term visa option for foreigners residing in Singapore who are spouses, as well as biological and adopted children of holders of various work passes, including the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, EntrePass, and S Pass.
The Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass is a personalized pass for top talent in all sectors with a salary of at least 30 000 SGD (~22 300 USD) per month or with outstanding achievements in business, arts and culture, sports, academia and research.
Employment Pass (EP) - is a Singapore work visa intended for highly qualified foreign professionals and executives working in Singapore with appropriate qualifications and a salary of at least SGD 4,500 (~3,355 USD) per month for all companies and at least SGD 5,000 (~3,650 USD) for the financial sector.
